About Us
We have built a ML based project - "Resurgence Augury" which is an economic predictive model which shows the effects of Covid-19 on GDP per capita across countries in the world using aggregate biomedical and socioeconomic data and identifies Covid-19 deaths, hospitalizations, and socioeconomic factors as the primary drivers.
The predictive model calculated the relative impact of covariates on GDP per capita while taking into consideration the number of deaths, hospital visits, and socioeconomic factors triggered by Covid-19. Our team has shown great efforts while working on this project to predict the outcomes of Covid-19 on the economies of various countries across the world. The system we have built is Resurgence Augury, an ML-based economic predictive model which shows the effects of Covid-19 on GDP per capita across countries in the world. It identified Covid-19 deaths, hospitalizations, and socioeconomic factors as the primary drivers and uses aggregate biomedical and socioeconomic data to predict a country's effect of Covid-19. The result is a web application that provides unique new insights into international economics and will change the way governments prepare for, respond to and prevent future pandemics.
